Mizero Care Organization (MoC) embodies with mission to fight against mental health-based isolation caused by the consequences of the Genocide against the Tutsi in 1994 and bring about sustainable development.
For expanding our pyschotherapy services, MoC introduced tele-mental health services through Vugukire Hotline.
To cope with all mental health barriers including stigma, with scaling up effective mental health care services and reach out a wide range of vulnerable community in need of mental health care, Mizero Care Organization initiated Vugukire Hotline an advanced call centre which aims to digitalize psychotherapy interventions on demand, in easy access, confidential and affordable manner to our beneficiaries.
Vugukire is a Kinyarwanda word which means Talk and Get Healed, the foundation of healing process that embodies a safe platform with confidentiality and accessibility by individual psychotherapy.
